- Salt to taste
Prep Time- 15 Min | Cooking Time- 3 Minutes/Slice | Serves- 2-3 |
Method
- Add curd, semolina and gram flour in a bowl and give it a mix to make a thick batter.
- Add salt according to desired taste (Can add a little water to maintain the consistency). Rest the batter for 8-10 min.
- To prepare the tadka, heat the oil on medium flame and add some peanuts, remove once fried and give it a smash.
- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves & green chilli. Once splattered add this tadka to the batter.
- Take a slice of any choice of bread and cut it in half.
- Coat half slice of the bread into the batter and cover both its sides.
- Heat up the pan on medium flame and spread some oil.
- Once the oil is heated, cook the coated bread on the pan.
- Keep flipping the slices once cooked on each side.
- Remember to keep the flame slow while cooking so as to maintain crunch.

Method
- Take a non stick pan and coat some oil over it.
- Cut the kebab in half and fry it on the pan , keep flipping once each side is cooked

Method
- Wash & Soak black chickpeas, kidney beans, green moong , Moth beans overnight.
- Drain the water next day and wash lentils to remove dirt. Take a muslin cloth and spread the lentils all over once dried.
- Tie a tight knot & sprinkle some water on the cloth to make it damp. Keep the pouch in a dim corner & let the sprouts rest overnight.
- Once sprouted the lentils can be washed and refrigerated in an air tight container for up to 4 days.
- Heat up Ghee in a pan on medium flame and add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, green chillies and peanuts.
- Saute for 2 minutes & add the soaked sprouts to the pan.
- Add salt according to taste & give it a nice mix so that the spices are well coated.
- Keep stirring until cooked & enjoy!

Method
- Add Poha to a bowl and wash it until soften.
- Strain Poha into a bowl and add turmeric powder, lemon juice & salt.

- Finely chop onions, and slice potatoes.

- Add peanuts and turn the flame low.

Method
Prep Time- 20 Min | Cooking Time- 5min/Parantha | Serves- 3-4 |
- Grate Paneer in a bowl.
- Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric powder,chaat masala, chilli powder, carom seeds, salt & coriander.
- Mix well until the masala is prepared.
- Knead a soft dough for parantha and rest it for 10 min.

Method
- Add Rawa & Besan to a bowl and mix well.
- Add curd & water in small portions and mix well to make a smooth batter.
- Add finely chopped onions & salt. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan & fry peanuts on low flame.
- Once done transfer peanuts in a separate bowl.
- Add curry leaves, mustard seeds & green chilli in the pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Once the tadka is ready add it to the batter and mix well.

- 10-15 Curry Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 Medium Onion
- 10-12 Peanuts
Prep Time- 45 Min | Cooking Time- 25 Min | Serves- 2-3 |
Method
- Add Rawa and Gram flour in a bowl and mix well
- Add Curd & Water in portions until a smooth batter is made.
- Once the batter is smooth add baking powder, salt and baking soda and mix well.
- Let the batter rest for min. 1/2 hour.
- Take a round utensil/cake mould and grease some oil around it.
- Once the batter is fluffy and bubbly pour the batter into the greased container & steam for 20-25 min on low flame.
- Check whether the batter is cooked properly with a help of a toothpick.
- If the batter is undercooked it will stick to the needle, in that case keep steaming on low flame.
- Once the batter is cooked and fluffy, carefully take out the container and let it rest for 10 min.
- Carefully separate the dhokla from the container and cut into square shapes.
- To prepare the tadka– Heat up oil in a pan on medium flame and add onions.
- Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chillies, curry leaves, peanuts and mustard seeds and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add dhokla to this tadka and saute for 5minutes
