INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR EGG CURRY RECIPE
- 4 eggs, boiled
- 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
- 1 tsp. red chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
FOR CURRY
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chillis
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tomatoes, pure
- ½ cup water
- 4 tbsp, coriander leaves
FOR TADKA
- ¼ tsp hing
- ¼ tsp, methi seeds
- 1 kashmiri chiili powder (optional)

PREPARE EGGS: For Egg Curry
- Take boiled eggs in a big bowl.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and coriander powder
- Mix the spices with the eggs.
- Take a pan of oil, put the eggs in the pan, and sauté them.

PREPARE CURRY: For Egg Curry Recipe
1.Take a pan and add cumin seeds, green chili, and onion.

2. Saute them till golden brown, and then add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt as per taste.
3. Mix them well.
4. Add water and let it cook.
5. Add the tomatoes, mix well, and add a little water, then mix it.
6. Grind the mixture to get the perfect mix of gravy.

7. Put the eggs into the gravy and mix it well.
8. Now add the coriander leaves and mix; bring to a boil for a few minutes.

FOR TADKA:
- Put hing, methi seeds, Kashmiri chilli (optional), and curry leaves in a pan. Saute well.
- Pour it over the curry along with coriander leaves and every well.
- Serve it hot.
